Hannah Decker works as a research assistant and PhD candidate at the Department of Computer Science and Applied Cognitive Science, University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Cognitive and Media Sciences from the University Duisburg-Essen. She joined the chair of Social Psychology, Media and Communication at the University in 2021.  Her research will focus on Online Political Microtargeting (OPM) and the impact of different OPM strategies on political opinions.
